The goal of the Southeast European Electrical System Technical Support Project (SEETEC) is to foster economic growth in Southeastern Europe by improving the management, delivery and rational use of electricity in the region and is part of Canada's on-going program of support for this region. The project was mobilized in May 2001.

The objectives are to assist Stability Pact Beneficiary countries Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, FYR Macedonia, Moldova, Romania and FR Yugoslavia.
